- Alan Naumann, Chief Executive Officer
  
  In his 25+ years in the high-tech industry, Alan Naumann has held key operational roles including CEO, vice president, sales executive, and general manager. His industry experience includes internet commerce infrastructure, data integration and analytics, electronic design software, system virtualization, and computer systems.
  
  Mr. Naumann has also held Board roles and executive roles across several US-based technology companies. Prior to joining 41st Parameter, he served on the Boards of Siperian, Eklin Medical, CoWare, and Calico Commerce.
  
  Most recently Mr. Naumann served as president and CEO of CoWare, Inc. While at CoWare he helped lead CoWare to become the industry leader and fastest growing company providing System Virtualization design solutions, and guided the company to a very successful merger with the industry’s largest player Synopsys. Under Naumann’s leadership Calico Commerce was recognized as the 14th fastest-growing company in Silicon Valley, and had the 6th best IPO in the history of the NASDAQ. During his ten years at Cadence, he played key roles in growing the company from a small, niche player into the industry leader with annual revenues in excess of a billion dollars. Mr. Naumann started his career at Hewlett Packard.
  
  Mr. Naumann holds a BSEE degree, and graduated with honor and distinction from Iowa State University.
- Ori Eisen, Founder, Chairman and Chief Innovation Officer
  
  Ori Eisen has spent the last ten years in the information technology industry, and is respected for his business knowledge and leadership. His background includes an in-depth application of innovative solutions for preventing business to consumer e-commerce fraud.
  
  Prior to launching 41st Parameter, Mr. Eisen served as the Worldwide Fraud Director for American Express focusing on Internet, MOTO and counterfeit fraud. During his tenure with American Express, Mr. Eisen championed the project to enhance the American Express authorization request to include Internet specific parameters.
  
  Prior to American Express, Mr. Eisen was the Director of Fraud Prevention for VeriSign/Network Solutions. By developing new and innovative technologies, he skillfully reduced fraud losses by over 85 percent in just three months.
  
  Mr. Eisen has an extensive background in developing system infrastructure and implemented solutions, and he is highly regarded in the information and payment technologies industry as a noted leader and technology innovator. Based on this reputation Mr. Eisen is often quoted by industry insiders, and receives numerous invitations to appear as a keynote speaker for industry events and conferences.
  
  Mr. Eisen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Montclair State University.
- Michael Effinger, Chief Financial Officer
  
  Michael Effinger brings over twenty years of experience to 41st Parameter and is responsible for all accounting, financial planning, budgeting, legal, tax and business operations.
  
  Prior to joining 41st Parameter, Mr. Effinger worked with several technology start-ups where he secured venture capital funding totaling in excess of $100 million. Most recently, he served as CFO at Infusion Software, a leading SaaS provider of Marketing Automation software. Prior to Infusion Software, Mr. Effinger served as CFO and EVP of Corporate Development at iCrossing, an international search engine optimization and digital marketing company, where he led the legal and financial closing of four domestic and international strategic acquisitions.
  
  Mr. Effinger is a Certified Public Accountant and received his MBA from Marquette University and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.
- Raz Yalov, Chief Technology Officer
  
  Bringing more than 19 years of experience in the software and information technology industries, Raz Yalov comes with unique expertise in working with large enterprise customers and R&D teams.
  
  Prior to joining 41st Parameter, Mr. Yalov spent several years at Mercury in various leading positions within the R&D and Managed Service Operations Groups. While there, he had oversight of enterprise-critical IT monitoring systems and played a central role in the development of a customer-oriented R&D team. Prior to his time at Mercury, Mr. Yalov spent several years as a Chief Developer at Edunetics.
  
  Mr. Yalov brings extensive knowledge of web development as well as expertise in the management of enterprise critical web traffic monitoring systems and Internet protocols. Mr. Yalov received a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and computer science from OU University in Israel.
- James Isaacs, Executive Vice President of Sales, Customer Operations and Business Development
  
  James Isaacs is a seasoned and proven executive who has over 20 years experience in the technology industry with in-depth knowledge of the mobile communications market.
  
  Prior to joining 41st Parameter, Mr. Isaacs held critical executive positions with two successful startups: Danger, Inc. (acquired by Microsoft) and Concentric Network Corporation, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNCX). Danger, Inc. was a SaaS provider to Mobile Operators worldwide of critical outsourced data services. Upon Microsoft’s acquisition of Danger, Inc. in a $500 Million transaction in 2008, he facilitated the integration into Microsoft’s Mobile Communication Business Unit where he worked with Microsoft’s business development group.
  
  Prior to Danger, Inc., Mr. Isaacs held two different roles at Concentric Network Corporation, a network and Internet service provider. Concentric had a successful IPO in August 1997 and, in 2000, was acquired by Nextlink Inc. in a $2.9 Billion transaction. Mr. Isaacs began his career at Apple Computer where he was Group Product Marketing manager for the Apple Online Services group.
  
  Mr. Isaacs received a MBA from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley and a BA in International Relations, emphasis in Economics, from Stanford University.
